A short interview is needed before any trasnsactions can be made for land, either sale or rental. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the covenant before making your purchase. Completed transactions assume you have read and understand the covenant and are hence bound by its rules.

Land ownership: Standard fees are paid directly to Gemini Elysia, not Linden Labs.
Basic SL members can own land- you don't need to be a premium member to buy our land (as you do on the mainland).
Once you have decided which estate you would like to have, select it on this page to begin your purchase. After purchasing, you willneed to make your first tier payment. Your tier payment is made a month in advance of your use, so be sure to visit the tier page to complete your payments.

Important: Please read all of the covenant. All requirements in the covenant must be understood and complied with before you will be allowed to own land. As stated in the covenant, for the safety and security of Gemini Elysia residents, a mandatory meeting with owners/residents must be consummated before residence is granted. If Land is purchased without fulfillment of the articles of covenant, and owner agreement has not been met, the purchase will not be honored, ownership of land will not be transferred, and purchase funds will be returned to the prospective owner. Covenant compliance is required prior to purchase of land.
