Eclipse Arts Complex
This 11 story Arts complex, the new hub for art on the island Gemini Elysia, offers Vertex Art Group it's finest overall venue yet. It provides 3 residential studios with interior waterfalls, two painter galleries/studios, a sculpture Gallery/Studio, a grand entry with examples of all residing artists works and notyecard givers, an observation deck for events and art shows, a large cafe, which can also house events or art shows, and a beach, where residing artists may relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets (because it's on the corner of the sim). The Eclipse Arts complex not only offers all of these ammenities, but is directly linked to all the art activity in the Arts distict (10 galleries and 10 art studios) via walkways and teleporters. | SHERWOOD
On the north side of the island, this beautiful 2176m cliff estate that appreciates the island's beutiful sunrises. It is bordered by the Eclipse Arts Complex, the north island trail and is a short walk from Vertex Park and the Canyon. It may be used as a residence for an independently-run art gallery.

are spacious, bright split-level workspaces. The artists studios are in the heart of Gemini Elysia's art district and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. They are connected to all regions of the island, including park, canyon, beaches, and cliffs, via a scenic trail system.

Art Studios 5 & 6 featuring a beautiful cliff overlook, cliff trail, seagulls, and a beautiful residence on a 2128m estate, Studios 5 & 6 enjoys spectacular sunsets. Nestled atop the cliffs on the south shore of the island, it affords peace, privacy, and solitude.

There are four spacious art studios on the beach next to the Lighthouse and Babylon Falls. These studios are so beautiful they may be used as galleries, but they afford, at very reasonable rates, workspace for artists in a beautiful beach and waterfall setting that enjoys beautiful sunrises. Strategically located next to the Sim landing point and accssible by the Landing Point elevator, the Lighthouse studios are the jewel of the Vertex Art District, which features 10 galleries and 10 artists studios, as well as a multi-story, multi-purpose arts complex (Eclipse).

Important: Please read all of the covenant. All requirements in the covenant must be understood and complied with before you will be allowed to own land. As stated in the covenant, for the safety and security of Gemini Elysia residents, a mandatory meeting with owners/residents must be consummated before residence is granted. If Land is purchased without fulfillment of the articles of covenant, and owner agreement has not been met, the purchase will not be honored, ownership of land will not be transferred, and purchase funds will be returned to the prospective owner. Covenant compliance is required prior to purchase of land.
